This privacy notice (aviso de privacidad) explains how The Cabo 100 handles personal information, in line with Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).
Who is responsible

What we collect
- Insider List: your email address, the page you signed up on, and the date.
- Nominations: the place you nominate, your comments, your name and email, and whether you work for the business.
- Emails you send us: whatever you choose to include.
- Technical data: our hosting and security providers process basic information such as IP address and browser type to deliver and protect the site.
We do not ask for, and do not want, sensitive personal data.
How we use it
- To send the Insider List: the annual reveal, new openings and occasional news. A few emails a year.
- To review nominations and reply to you.
- To answer enquiries, including requests for an introduction to real estate in Los Cabos through Luxury Los Cabos, when you ask for one.
- To keep the site secure and working.
We never sell your information or rent our list.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers that help us run the site and send email (such as our web host, Cloudflare and our email provider), under their own confidentiality obligations, or when the law requires it. If you ask us for a real estate introduction, we share your details with the Luxury Los Cabos team so they can help you.
Cookies
The site uses the cookies needed to work and stay secure, plus Google Analytics. Analytics cookies help us understand, in aggregate, which pages people read, how they arrive and which links they follow, including links to real estate pages and sign-ups. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with Google’s opt-out add-on, and the site will keep working.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or object to its use (your ARCO rights), and you can withdraw consent at any time. Every Insider List email includes an unsubscribe option, or simply write to [email protected] and we will respond within the time the law allows.
Changes
We will post any changes to this notice on this page, with a new date at the top.
