The Cabo 100 is presented by Luxury Los Cabos, a private real estate advisory for people who want to own in Los Cabos. Our work is helping clients find oceanfront villas, golf estates and private-club residences across Palmilla, Pedregal, Diamante, Quivira, Chileno Bay, Costa Palmas and beyond, with local perspective and global discretion.

That work means we spend our lives in the places on this list. We book the tables, play the courses, stay in the resorts and walk the beaches with clients who are deciding whether Los Cabos could be home. The Cabo 100 is what we would tell a friend who asked where to go.

Independent, always

Nobody can pay to be on The Cabo 100, and nobody can pay to move up it. Places are chosen against our published standards, re-judged every year, and removed when they slip. Any partner content is clearly marked, and partnerships never affect who is on the list or where they rank.

Because we are a real estate advisory, we are open about that side of our work too. Real estate links on this site are clearly signposted, on our Own in Cabo page and in the Live Here category, and they are never mixed into the rankings.
