One to watch
Harry’s Prime Steakhouse & Raw Bar
One of Mexico's most celebrated steakhouses arrives on the Corridor, with Japanese wagyu, dry-aged cuts and a king crab raw bar above the sea.
Harry’s has long been a power-dinner institution in Cancún, Playa del Carmen and on Masaryk in Mexico City. In May 2025 Grupo Anderson’s brought it to Los Cabos, on an oceanfront site at kilometre 5 of the Tourist Corridor, a few steps from its sister restaurant Ilios.
What to expect
Beef is the main event: Japanese wagyu, certified Kobe, USDA Prime, dry-aged cuts and Australian Jack’s Creek. The raw bar covers oysters, clams, giant shrimp and king crab. A serious international wine list and a cocktail bar round it out, and the room has high ceilings, warm lighting and a terrace facing the water.
Why it matters
Los Cabos has plenty of resort steakhouses. Harry’s is a stand-alone destination with a big-city reputation and a following that travels, and it already hosts its share of celebrations, deal dinners and big nights out.
Our view
Book a terrace table at sunset, order from the raw bar first, and leave the cut to the server. We’re watching how it settles in over its second high season.
