The business is led by Chef Tez Abbott, who has cooked for Los Cabos residents and visitors for well over a decade, and it covers the whole region from Cabo San Lucas to San José del Cabo.

What sets it apart is the combination of flexibility and sourcing. Every menu is written for the client, and the range is broad: Mexican, Mediterranean, Italian and even Texas barbecue, from bold and hearty to light and delicate.
