Corazón Beach Club is the biggest beach club on Medano Beach, the long, lively crescent of sand that faces the bay in Cabo San Lucas. It is part of Corazón Cabo Resort & Spa, and longtime visitors may remember it by its former name, Cachet Beach Club. Today it is one of the most dependable places in town to spend a full day by the water, from breakfast to a late dinner.

Its strength is range. Mornings are relaxed, afternoons build as the resident DJ settles in, and evenings turn to dinner with the bay going dark beyond the sand. Medano itself is widely considered one of the calmest stretches of water in Los Cabos, although it is also busy with boat traffic and water sports offshore, so this is a social beach rather than a secluded one.

It earns its place on this list for its food as much as its location. The kitchen is known for inventive sushi and fresh fish built around Baja ingredients, alongside lighter plates, comfortable classics and a full cocktail and craft beer list.

What to expect

Expect loungers and umbrellas on the sand, private cabanas for more space and shade, and a full-service restaurant and bar running through the day. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are all served, so it works equally well for a quick lunch or a long, lingering afternoon. Dogs are welcome on the beach. Within the resort, a spa offers massages and facials for those who want a break from the sun.
