The kitchen is Mediterranean in spirit, built on fresh local ingredients, with seafood, a raw bar, wood-fired dishes, pastas and prime steaks. What sets Taboo apart is the atmosphere around the food. A resident DJ sets the tempo, and live performers, from violin to saxophone, drift through the room, so lunch can slide easily into the evening.
