What to expect
The Advanced Recovery Experience runs 210 minutes. It begins with a magnesium pool soak and contrast therapy, moving between a warm pool and a cold plunge. Next come infrared light therapy with a warm-sand grounding treatment and a recovery chair session set to sound frequencies. It finishes with a CBD oil massage paired with compression boots, then a hyaluronic acid facial under an LED mask. It costs US$807.
