Diamante
A Pacific-front club on 1.5 miles of dunes, with Davis Love III's Dunes course, Tiger Woods' El Cardonal and a 10-acre Crystal Lagoon.
Diamante is Los Cabos at full scale. The 1,500-acre private resort and residential community runs along nearly two miles of Pacific coastline and dunes just outside Cabo San Lucas, and it has built its name on golf that few places in the world can match.
The Dunes Course by Davis Love III has been ranked among the world’s top courses and named number one in Mexico by Golf Digest. El Cardonal, designed by Tiger Woods, hosts the PGA Tour’s World Wide Technology Championship, and the Oasis Short Course is also a Woods design. A third Woods course, the Legacy Course, is under development for Legacy Golf Club, a private club limited to 250 families who own in the Legacy Club enclave. A putting course and the Diamante Golf Academy round out the golf.
What earns Diamante its place is how much life it packs in beyond golf. For families especially, it functions almost like a private town.
Life here
The centerpiece is a 10-acre Crystal Lagoon, one of the largest pools in North America, ringed by smaller pools, a swim-up bar, cabanas and space for kayaking and paddleboarding. Residents also have a spa, a fitness center with a 25-meter lap pool, tennis, pickleball and basketball, roughly six miles of trails, a kids club, a water park and several restaurants and bars. Homes range from ocean-club condos and penthouses to hacienda-style golf villas, beach estates on the Pacific and custom homesites on Sunset Hill. The beach is open Pacific, best for walks and views; swimming happens in the lagoon and pools.
