Cabo del Sol
An 1,800-acre Corridor community with Nicklaus and Weiskopf courses, Four Seasons residences and the new Ánima Village.
Cabo del Sol sits right in the middle of the Tourist Corridor, and in many ways it is the Corridor at its most complete. The 1,800-acre community combines world-class golf, a string of luxury resorts, private homes and, since late 2025, Ánima Village, the open-air shopping and art destination that has given the area a new center of gravity.
Golf is its foundation. The Cove Club course, formerly the Ocean Course, is a private Jack Nicklaus Signature design reserved for members and guests and regularly ranked among the world’s best. The Cabo del Sol Course, formerly the Desert Course, is a Tom Weiskopf design on the mountain side of the property, open to resort guests and visitors.
The hotel line-up is equally strong. The Four Seasons Resort and Residences Cabo del Sol, Hacienda del Mar Los Cabos and Grand Fiesta Americana are all here, and a Park Hyatt with residences and a beach club is on the way. The community notes that Condé Nast named the Four Seasons the top resort in the world for 2024.
Life here
Residential options include oceanfront homes, homesites and villas, with the most exclusive within the Cove Club, the private golf and beach club community. Residents can move easily between the fairways, the sea and the Corridor’s best dining, and the Cove Club pairs its private course with a beach club for members, and Ánima Village now puts boutiques, cafés, wellness classes and the Arte Abierto gallery a short drive from home. Cabo San Lucas, with its marina and restaurants, is roughly six miles away.
