Quivira Los Cabos
A Pacific-coast master-planned community around the clifftop Jack Nicklaus Quivira Golf Club, with Pueblo Bonito resort access.
Quivira Los Cabos is the great Pacific-side community of Cabo San Lucas. Developed by the Coppel family, founders of the Pueblo Bonito brand, the 1,850-acre master plan stretches along about two miles of beach toward the old lighthouse, built in 1905, where the Pacific meets the Sea of Cortez.
Its signature is golf. The Jack Nicklaus Signature course at Quivira Golf Club has been voted onto Golf Digest’s list of the world’s 100 greatest courses, and several of its holes run along the ocean below the Old Lighthouse Club.
What makes Quivira one of the best places to live is the balance between seclusion and access. It feels wild and expansive, yet downtown Cabo San Lucas and the marina are only minutes away. The St. Regis Los Cabos at Quivira adds beachfront hospitality and butler service to the mix.
Life here
Neighbourhoods range widely. The Old Lighthouse Club offers bluff-top homesites and estates above the golf course; Coronado has 68 single-level hacienda-style estates on a ridge with golf and ocean views; Copala and the 162-unit Mavila offer condominium living; and Montecristo Estates has multi-level villas. The St. Regis Los Cabos residences add a branded option. Residents enjoy the Quivira Golf Club clubhouse and steakhouse, the Armonía Spa, The Market at Quivira, hiking and biking trails, fitness centers and a private beach club, with Pueblo Bonito’s Pacifica and Sunset Beach resorts nearby. Shuttles and concierge services link the resorts and amenities, and the Old Lighthouse Club plans its own dining club and family activity center.
