SORA Rooftop Bar

Perched above the oceanfront at Four Seasons Resort Cabo del Sol, SORA is a rooftop lounge built for the hour when the whole Corridor turns gold. When it opened, the resort billed it as the first luxury rooftop bar in Los Cabos, and its panoramic outlook over the Sea of Cortez makes it one of the most rewarding places in Los Cabos to watch the sun go down.
The drinks program was developed by Chef Richard Sandoval with head mixologist Riesler Morales, and its signature is theatre at the table. At launch, the menu featured an Old Fashioned smoked over cherry wood in front of guests and a passion fruit colada finished with a siphoned coconut foam, alongside agave-led drinks such as a spicy paloma and an Oaxacan carajillo. The cocktails lean firmly toward Latin spirits and flavours.
The food follows the same mood: shareable, Mexican-inspired plates such as guacamole, ceviche, short rib quesadillas, esquites and flatbreads, designed for grazing rather than a formal dinner, with an izakaya-style approach to Mexican bites.
What to expect
Arrive in the late afternoon for the full sunset sequence, then settle in as the lounge shifts from a relaxed, golden-hour scene to a livelier evening. Thursdays bring SORA Drunch, a long dinner-meets-brunch evening of family-style plates and free-flowing margaritas. The lounge also offers a children’s menu, so it can work for families in the early evening.

- Hours: Sunday to Tuesday, 4 pm to 10:30 pm; Wednesday to Saturday, 4 pm to midnight.
- Booking: reservations recommended, by phone with the resort or through its online table booking.
