Soho House Los Cabos
The members' club group's beachfront house at Cabo del Sol, with Cecconi's Costiera, a cabaret bar and the brand's first residences.
Soho House has been circling Los Cabos for years. The project was first linked to Costa Palmas before moving to Cabo del Sol on the Corridor, and its opening has slipped more than once. In April 2026 the company said the house would open later in the year, and its own site now describes it as opening soon. Mexico News Daily reported in July that it was expected by November 2026.
The house
This is the group’s second house in Mexico, and it is built for staying rather than just dropping in. There are 15 bedrooms, made up of 12 Casas and three larger Casonas, some with private plunge pools. The design leans on terracotta and local woods, with a large terrace that runs indoors and out toward a private beach of about 200 metres.
The pool is the headline. Soho House describes it as the longest at any of its houses, at 50 metres, set beside the beach club. Food comes from Cecconi’s Costiera, a coastal, seafood-led version of the group’s Northern Italian restaurant, and the evening has two distinct moods: a Cabaret Bar and a Mezcal Bar.
Wellness and residences
A full Soho Health Club includes a gym and a studio for classes such as yoga and Pilates, plus a hyperbaric oxygen chamber, red light therapy and IV therapies. Next door, Soho Residences Los Cabos will be the brand’s first residences anywhere, serviced homes for longer stays with housekeeping and in-residence dining.
Why it matters
Los Cabos has plenty of beach clubs, but very few with a membership culture that travels. For Soho House members, this becomes a natural winter base. For the Corridor, it adds a social scene of a different kind, one built around a community rather than a single resort. We will watch how it settles in once the doors open.
