The boutique mall sits on the marina waterfront beside the Puerto Paraíso complex, and it has long been the place where international houses, fine watches and jewellery come together under one cool, polished roof. Local press often calls it Cabo’s answer to Rodeo Drive.
The mall is run by Grupo Ultra, the Mexican luxury retailer that also operates Luxury Avenue in Cancún, and the format follows the same idea: a compact, air-conditioned gallery of designer boutiques rather than a sprawling mall. Marble floors, attentive staff and a contemporary design make it a pleasant break from the midday heat along the marina boardwalk.
Its place on this list comes down to concentration. Over the years Cartier, Bulgari, Rolex and Montblanc have been among the names here, alongside fashion and accessories houses, with jewellery and timepieces as the specialty. Limited pieces that rarely show up in department stores are part of the appeal.
