1 Hotel Cabo
The eco-luxury 1 Hotels brand arrives beside 1 Homes Cabo, with beachfront infinity pools facing Land's End.
1 Hotels built its name on bringing nature into the room: reclaimed timber, living walls, filtered water on tap and a quiet, wellness-minded sensibility. Its first Los Cabos resort was announced in December 2025. It will sit on the beach next to the brand’s existing residential project, 1 Homes Cabo, looking toward Land’s End and the Arch.
What is planned
Early plans describe about 124 rooms and suites, with architecture by Agustín Caso and Miguel De la Torre and interiors by Huber working with the 1 Hotels design team. Expect several beachside infinity pools, a rooftop bar and lounge, restaurants built around local produce, a spa with rituals drawn from the desert and the sea, and a private beach club. Owners at 1 Homes Cabo will have access to the hotel’s amenities.
Why it matters
Most of the new luxury in Los Cabos is going up out on the Pacific or the East Cape. 1 Hotel Cabo is different: a polished, beachfront address within easy reach of the restaurants, marina and nightlife of Cabo San Lucas. For buyers at 1 Homes Cabo, a full-service hotel next door should also lift both day-to-day living and long-term value.
Our view
The project is still at concept design, and the developer’s own estimate is late 2028 or early 2029. Treat that as a target. We’ll be watching for construction to begin.
